On the dock are carts drawn by animals and merchandise, and barges sit in the Dàrsena del Comerç. In the background, the clock tower built as a lighthouse in the 18th century can be seen at the entrance to the port. At the start of the 20th century, as a result of the expansion of the port, it ceased to be used as a lamp and was transformed into a clock.
